For specific dates in text, write “Month Day, Year,…”. Example: “On Aug 8, 2022, Rorschach wrote this sentence.”

For durations of time, use “to” instead of a hyphen. Example: “The conference runs from Aug 8 to 10.”

For times, use the 24 hour clock and list the time zone. Example: 22:25 EDT (02:25 GMT) for 10:25 p.m.
